my house have more problems compared to yours -Leakage from drainage pipe above my unit. (just got it done) -water seepage from external wall (don't know what to do)... you can see the moul and sometimes water driping from the wall -floor tiles pop up from the floor - [:)... still try to figure out how to fix it... basically, the tiles no longer available in the market] - wall cracks... (has repair those major one - which stated off with hair line and took 3 years to become serious one). the worried now is hairline crack all over the place and have no idea what will happen 3 years later.
